The safety edge system works in transceiver structure and is used in shutters, barriers, sliding doors and industrial doors. The purpose of use is to prevent the moving door/shutter from hitting and harming people or other things. While GKV works by the contact of the cables passing through the rubber apparatus connected to the transmitter card, GKVB has a pneumatic structure and works by detecting the change in air pressure in the system. Depending on your needs, you can choose a safety edge with contact(GKS) or pressure sensor(GKSB).
